As the year 2023 drew to a close, the self-therapy and journaling app category saw varied performances among its top contenders in Latin America. Sensor Tower's comprehensive data provides insight into the user engagement and download trends for these digital self-care tools.

Me+ Daily Routine Planner experienced a significant surge in downloads, peaking at 63K in the last week of December, a notable increase from 30K at the start of the quarter. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, growing from 73K to a remarkable 133K in the same period.

Fabulous: Daily Habit Tracker also saw an increase in downloads, with figures jumping from 31K to 41K by the year's end. However, the weekly active users showed a more fluctuating pattern, initially rising from 236K to 256K, then dipping to 186K, and eventually rebounding to 209K in the final week.

The performance of Mindvalley: Self Improvement was more modest in scale. Downloads modestly climbed from 416 to 1.7K, while active users saw a gradual increase from 2.8K to 3.4K.

Productive - Habit Tracker demonstrated a consistent presence with downloads reaching 18K and then slightly dipping to 13K towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users started strong at 53K, peaked at 63K mid-quarter, and settled at 54K in the last week.

Lastly, Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor showed an interesting pattern with a dramatic drop in downloads from 18K to under 1K, before soaring to 28K by the quarter's end. Active users mirrored this volatility, decreasing to 11K and then rebounding to 29K.
